1)
4 person teams.
2) Entry fee is
$30.00 per team. Each team required to have a name.
3) Bowlers will
bowl 4 frames, 7th, 8th, 9th and 10th.
4) No handicaps.
All bowlers will bowl on ICE.
5) Foul-lines
will be enforced.
6) All teams MUST
check in 30 minutes prior to schedule time.
7) Entry
deadline: March 11th, 2013. Entries
are limited.
8) Balls will be
available in miscellaneous weights. The 18 lanes will be
regulation length with regulation pins. Use own equipment at
own risk.
9) No skates,
spikes, cleats or any such apparatus on shoes or boots.
10) ICE BOWLING Tournament director, Mr. Dan Bogenschuetz, will
have authority to determine all protests. A protest must be
presented before start of next shift. The last shift of each day
will be allowed 15 minutes following their shift to submit a
protest.

In the vent of a tie INDIVIDUAL SCORE FOR INDIVIDUAL AWARDS, a bowl
off will be held on Sunday, March 17th, 2013 at 5 P.M.. Bowlers who fail
to appear on time will forfeit their position. ALL BOWLERS MUST
CHECK IN 30 MINUTES PRIOR TO START.
12) In the case of
a perfect game, that person wins the PERFECT GAME PRIZE and
therefore does not qualify for the Airline Tickets. Each
individual bowler may bowl on more than one team, however,
only 1st game bowled will qualify towards the perfect game
prize.
13) BLUE LINE will not be held liable for any injuries or theft of
personal property during this tournament. All bowlers will
bowl at their own risk!!

15) We reserve the right to refuse anyone who is not in a condition to participate for the protection of themselves and those around them without refund.
